Welcome to the Yola website of Harjeev Kandhari, founder and CEO of Zenises Group. Mr Kandhari is a global entrepreneur with a passion for tyres and a firm belief in corporate responsibility. Raised in Dubai, Harjeev Kandhari received much of his education in Europe. He earned a BA and an MA from Oxford University before the age of 21 and then went on to complete an MBA at INSEAD in France. He began his career in corporate finance and telecommunications with Merrill Lynch in London, but his entrepreneurial spirit drew him back to Dubai to help rescue the family business from bankruptcy.
Mr Kandhari’s strategy was to market a personalised brand and to grow the business from a local operation into Europe and the rest of the world. This strategy proved successful, and he generated enough extra revenue to expand operations into industrial batteries, building a plant that incorporated some of the most advanced technology in the world.
Transforming the family company was only the beginning for Harjeev Kandhari. He pulled out his share and used it to put the same ideas to work on an even grander scale with Zenises Group. With its headquarters in the UK, Zenises’ has a growing global presence that touches thirty different countries. Meanwhile, Zenises Foundation, the company’s philanthropic arm, supports charitable programmes that give back to the community and support disadvantaged people in the countries where Zenises does business.
